THE KING HAS RETURNED: Henry Seals Arsenal Return [MUST READ]



Thierry Henry has landed a deal with former club Arsenal as a youth-team coach.

The Frenchman, who also played for Monaco, Juventus, Barcelona and New York Red Bulls, retired at the end of last year but appears interested in beginning a career in managing.

Speculation has frequently grown suggesting Henry could one day take control of the Arsenal first-team, which the legendary striker has never dismissed.

And the first steps towards that are now in place after the 37-year-old signed a deal allowing him to work with Arsenal’s Hale End academy, the Metro reports.
Henry, who is the Gunners’ record goalscorer with 228 strikes, will now help develop some of the club’s most promising youngsters up to the age of 16.

In addition, he will continue punditry for Sky Sports, who gave him a £4million-a-year deal after he decided to pull the curtain on a glittering playing career that involved Premier League, Champions League and World Cup success.
